Driver license.
A valid driver license issued by any state or country is required.
Credit card not required.
- Debit or check card with Visa or Mastercard logo. The card must be issued by a major bank and tied to your checking or savings account

Customers may be asked for additional identification such as passport or other government issued ID, utility bill etc.
Deposit.
We collect, upfront, a deposit of
- $200 PLUS estimated rental charges
- Cash, Discover card, Diners and American Express are forms of payment not accepted at this time.
Insurance and Collision coverage.
CDW/LDW- is an optional coverage available at $8.99 - $14.99 per day. This option (not an insurance item) relieves you and any authorized (by us) drivers of any financial responsibility arising from damages to our car. There is no deductible either. There are instances where this coverage will not extend such as driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance, off-road driving or other. Please refer to the rental agreement or ask us for for clarification.
It is best to carry your own liability insurance to satisfy California's insurance requirements.
Not 25 years old yet ?
No problem. You can still rent from us. We do accept drivers between the ages of 21-25. We may allow drivers under 21 but over 18 as long as you provide proof of comprehensive insurance. Underage fee is $20 per day.
Geographic restriction.
For the purposes of road-side assistance, we request that our cars stay within San Francisco bay area.
Additional drivers.
Additional drivers are required to be present at our office and provide us with a valid driver license and sign the rental agreement. There is no charge for additional drivers.
Rental and return location.
Cars must be rented and returned at 7101 San Leandro Street, Oakland and during business hours only.
Rate structure.
Our rates are based on a 24 hour clock. For example, if you rent the car on Monday at 10:30 am and return it by Wednesday 10:30am, you would be charged for a 2 days rental. Based on the same example, if you return the car at 11:30 am or later, you will incur additional charges. Extra hour rate is 1/2 of the daily rate. You rental will fall into the additional day charge on the second hour.

Mileage.
Mileage is limited to 150 miles per day free. Additional miles are charged at $0.25 per mile. Unlimited miles are not available at this time.
Tax.
Sales tax is 9.75% in Oakland.
Fuel.
Simply return the car at the level you received it.
Accident or mechanical failure.
In case of an accident or mechanical failure, please ensure your and the passengers' safety first. In case of an accident or vehicle theft, notify the police immediately and obtain a police case number. Provide us with the police case number and complete an accident report in our office. Should your rental car face mechanical failure, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Parking tickets or other DMV violations.
You are completely responsible for parking tickets, toll evasion, speeding tickets and any other DMV violations. We promptly provide DMV with your contact information so they may recover any penalties from you. When and if we are held responsible for your violations, you will be assesed an extra charge in addition to the violation penalty.
